BUY TICKETS LATER
Many people think that a good way to get the best fare is to buy an airline ticket as far in advance as possible, but statistics show that isn't the case -- particularly for business travel.
For leisure trips, try to book no more than 90 days out, and you'll generally find lower fares.
For business trips, it's best to book no more than 30 days in advance -- unless you absolutely must be somewhere on a specific date. In this case, it's still best to book no more than 90 days in advance.
